Pact, An Adoption Alliance
Pact, An Adoption Alliance is a California-based nonprofit founded in 1991 with a mission to serve adopted children of color through honest, child-centered, and anti-racist adoption practices. They provide lifelong education, therapy, support groups, annual family camp, and community for adoptees of color, birth parents, and adoptive families — with a particular emphasis on transracial adoption and racial identity development.
