WiFCC Day at Harrington Beach State Park: Belgium
April 12 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Wisconsin Family Connections Center invites adoptive, foster, guardianship, relative/kinship, and reunified families to kick off a season of nature exploration with a day at Harrington Beach State Park! You will have the opportunity to meet and greet with other families at the Puckett’s Pond Picnic Shelter before you head out on your scavenger hunt adventure. Water and a light snack will be provided. All families will receive a scavenger hunt activity and a 2025 season vehicle admission sticker for Wisconsin’s State Parks (limit of one pass per family)!
Schedule:
- 10-11 AM – Social-hour at Picnic Shelter with educational visit from a Park Ranger
- 11 AM-12 PM – Self-Guided Scavenger Hunt Hike
We have reserved use of the Puckett’s Pond Picnic Shelter for your family to enjoy the entire day. This shelter is near a fishing pond, hiking trails, parking, and a vault toilet. For more information on Harrington Beach State Park, please visit:

Cancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist.
