Free 6-Week Class: Tools to Build a Healthy Family Culture
July 8 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Create the family culture you want and learn practical tools and skills to support this. This free 6-class training is designed for parents and family caregivers of adolescents. We will explore ways to act with compassion, say “no” to support our yeses, get clear about our expectations, and take care of our mind, spirit, heart, and strength at the same time. Classes at SWIM at Concordia 27.
You will learn:
- How to avoid compassion fatigue
- Wellness and resilience strategies
- Compassionately setting boundaries
Free Compassion Resilience Toolkit for parents and caregivers
Week 1: July 8 & 10, 10 am–12 pm
Week 2: July 15 & 17, 10 am–12 pm
Week 3: July 22 & 24, 10 am–12 pm
