The Wisconsin Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (WFAPA) has served foster, adoptive, and kinship families across Wisconsin for over 53 years. As a nonprofit, they are dedicated to improving access to information, resources, training, and advocacy for families caring for children with histories of abuse or neglect.
