Wisconsin Family Connections Center Statewide

The Wisconsin Family Connections Center (WiFCC) Statewide contract is managed by the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families. The WiFCC is a unified program providing information, connection, referral, training, and support to kinship and relative caregiving families, foster families, and post-permanency families — including adoptive, guardianship, and reunified families — across Wisconsin. The Statewide contract coordinates the overall WiFCC system and resource infrastructure, in partnership with the Journeys Program at Catholic Charities–Diocese of La Crosse, which manages the Regional contracts.
