Wellpoint Care Network is a Milwaukee-based human services organization with more than 175 years of history, providing a comprehensive array of services to help children, youth, adults, and families overcome trauma and build lasting stability. In child welfare, they partner with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to provide case management, foster care, kinship caregiver support, family preservation, school-based mental health, and youth transitioning to adulthood services for approximately 5,000 individuals daily — grounded in their trauma-informed Five Pillars of Stability model.
