Thriving Adoptees is an adoptee-led podcast and resource platform created by Simon Benn, an adoptee and coach based in the United Kingdom. Simon interviews adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals about healing from trauma and post-traumatic growth, with a focus on what helps adoptees move from a place of woundedness to one of wholeness. The podcast has been downloaded more than 93,000 times since its 2021 launch.
