The National Council for Adoption (NCFA) is a nonprofit advocacy organization providing research, education, and policy expertise on adoption issues. They serve adoptees, birth parents, adoptive families, and adoption professionals with resources and training, and advocate for sound, ethical adoption laws and practices at the state and federal level.
