La Crosse County
La Crosse County Health and Human Services provides county-administered child welfare, foster care, kinship care, and family support services to residents of La Crosse County, Wisconsin. As a county agency, they coordinate child protective services, foster home licensing and support, kinship placements, and connections to community resources — working in partnership with state agencies, tribal nations, and local nonprofits to promote safety, stability, and permanency for children and families.
