Family Focused Treatment Association
The Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA) is a leading North American nonprofit association with more than 35 years of history advancing best practices in treatment and therapeutic foster care. With nearly 500 member organizations across 47 states, Canada, and beyond, FFTA promotes quality standards, policy advocacy, professional training, and cross-sector partnerships to support families caring for vulnerable children with complex trauma and mental health needs. Their work spans the full continuum of family-based care — from treatment foster care to kinship, adoptive, and biological family settings.
