This calendar includes opportunities for learning and connection from the Wisconsin Family Connections Center, the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families, and several other organizations across Wisconsin. (NOTE: Opportunities from the Wisconsin Family Connections Center are noted with a blue ribbon.)
CYSHCN
The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Program is administered by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to promote quality care for children from birth through age 21 with chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions. The program operates through five regional Children's Resource Centers statewide, providing free information, referrals, care coordination, and connections to community resources for families and the professionals who serve them.
