Creating a Family is a national nonprofit dedicated to strengthening adoptive, foster, and kinship families and the professionals who support them. They provide evidence-based, trauma-informed resources through a widely listened-to podcast, extensive website content, webinars, and professional training — covering topics ranging from how to adopt and foster, to parenting children who have experienced early trauma, to navigating the challenges of transracial and special needs adoption. Their content is expert-driven and unaffiliated with any adoption agency or sales agenda.
