Bridge to Brighter is a Milwaukee-area nonprofit founded in 2021 providing transitional housing, supportive programming, and mentoring to young men aging out of the foster care system. Their residential program pairs stable housing with mental health support, financial literacy, employment coaching, life skills development, and community-building — grounded in a faith-guided mission to help youth heal from trauma, become self-sufficient, and build a brighter future. Currently serving Milwaukee County, they aspire to expand their model statewide.
