Always On The Move : Changing Homes and Staff


On of the most painful parts of living in foster care is the lack of permanence. Too many kids are moved from placement to placement. Adding to the problem is an often heavy turnover among staff members and social workers. For teens who crave permanence and a sense of connection with others, this dislocation can be emotionally troubling.
