What Does Supported Decision-Making look like for Wisconsin’s Youth with Disabilities?

How does Supported Decision-Making work in real life? Join our Youth Voice, Youth Choice Ambassadors, and a parent for a peek into how they use Supported Decision-Making and how to prepare children to make their own decisions. *Spanish interpretation is available.
PRESENTER: Fil Clissa has worked in the disability community for nearly 40 years. Her primary area of focus is Self-Determination. She is a project manager at the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities, working with Wisconsin’s statewide self-advocacy organization, and supported decision-making and advocacy. She will be joined by Youth Ambassadors Jennie Rojas, Junior Sotelo Rojas, and Ashley Mathy. Also joining is parent and attorney George Zaske.
