Tubing at Trollhaugen Family Fun-Sponsored by Jockey Being Family: Dresser
February 17 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeAttention adoptive, foster, guardianship, relative caregivers, and reunified families and individuals – come join us for an afternoon of snow tubing! This event will take place at Trollhaugen Outdoor Recreation Area in Dresser, WI. Our group will have access to the hill from 1pm to 3pm. Plan to arrive between 12:45 PM and 1:00PM to check-in with your specialist to claim your tickets.
Please note there are separate tickets for tubers and observers. To access the hill, you must register for the tubing ticket. If you plan to simply observe, you will not need a ticket. All children must have a parent/guardian present at all times. Once you register, you will be contacted via email to gain access to the REQUIRED waivers for participation. Riders must be 42 inches or taller. Children MUST be able to ride alone on a snow tube. This event is outdoors, so dress for snow! There will be concessions available for purchase.
This event would be a great opportunity to invite your child’s birth/first family or previous foster family. We understand this may not work for all family dynamics but encourage you to consider it. We hope to create an opportunity for children to have all their loved ones in one location whenever possible and create positive memories together. Please have each household register separately.
