Triple P: Raising Resilient Children

Learn how to help your children manage their feelings and become resilient in dealing with stress including expressing feelings appropriately, developing coping skills, and dealing with stressful events.
The Parenting Network offers free workshops for parents and caregivers with children birth to 16 years old. You will gain positive parenting skills to manage stress, build new healthy habits, and support your child’s whole health.
Parenting workshops are offered both online and in person. Topics change each month.
This workshop is brought to you by a partnership between The Parenting Network and Children’s Wisconsin.
