Conscious Adoption: Lifelong Tools for Successful Parenting

Every child deserves to know their origin story and why they came to be part of their adoptive family. Are you prepared to talk about adoption in a way that is full of complexity and nuance from the moment your child joins your family?
January 23 – April 10, 2025
Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 pm CST on Zoom
$1500 per household (up to two people)
We believe parents should not have to do this alone.
This course prepares you to tell your family’s story by:

Creating space for parents to talk about their decision to adopt

Integrating adoption into the family legacy

Unpacking the common adoption narrative

Developing age-appropriate strategies to address complex conversations
-
Connecting to a community of other adoptive parents
This course meets once a week for 12 weeks on Zoom for 90 minutes.
